Absolutely. Every shoot is tailored to your needs.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we typically require 50% as a booking advance. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the shoot or event. For multi-day weddings, we can discuss a milestone-based payment schedule.

We believe in complete transparency. Our package prices are all-inclusive regarding shooting and editing fees. However, extra charges may apply for travel/accommodation (for shoots outside Ahmedabad), entrance fees to private locations, or if you request significant overtime beyond the agreed hours.

Yes. For every booking, we provide a formal agreement that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and timeline. This protects both parties and ensures you get exactly what was promised.

For destination weddings or shoots outside Ahmedabad, travel and stay for the Zenith Banker Photography team are to be borne by the client. We are happy to make our own travel arrangements and bill them at actuals to keep things simple for you.

For outdoor sessions (like Pre-Wedding or Maternity), we can reschedule to the next available date at no extra cost if the weather makes shooting impossible. Alternatively, we can suggest beautiful indoor studio locations in Ahmedabad (studio rental fees may apply).

As the lead photographer, Zenith Banker oversees all creative direction. For large events like weddings, we have a trusted team of associate photographers and cinematographers who work under Zenith’s guidance to ensure every angle is covered.

Absolutely. We understand every event is unique. Please fill out the booking form with your specific requirements (e.g., extra hours, drone coverage, or specific output formats), and we will create a tailored quote just for you.

Our booking agreement covers the delivery of high-resolution, professionally edited JPEG images. We do not typically release RAW files as they are unfinished products; however, if this is a strict requirement, we can discuss it as a separate add-on prior to booking.
